STARS released a tender to procure a solution that will empower patients by professional stress avoidance and recovery services. The call for tender was open between 1 February 2019 and 30 April 2019. During the call for tender phase, the STARS consortium answered questions by tenderers regarding the STARS tender documents. After the deadline, proposals were reviewed and ranked.
